The programme features a Six Week Challenge that combines running with simple exercises suitable for home practice. Its dual-level design caters to both beginners and more advanced users, allowing individuals to progress gradually from a starting point that matches their current fitness level. Each session requires approximately 15 minutes, with scheduled rest days to facilitate recovery and adaptation.
