Force Fit presents a straightforward approach to achieving fitness that can be integrated into any schedule and location. Originating from the New Zealand Defence Force's training programs to prepare recruits for their fitness assessments, this well-established system has been adapted for general use, offering a structured six-week routine aimed at establishing consistent exercise habits.

The programme features a Six Week Challenge that combines running with simple exercises suitable for home practice. Its dual-level design caters to both beginners and more advanced users, allowing individuals to progress gradually from a starting point that matches their current fitness level. Each session requires approximately 15 minutes, with scheduled rest days to facilitate recovery and adaptation.

Beyond improving physical conditioning, the programme aims to meet the basic fitness standards required for enlistment in New Zealand's Navy, Army, or Air Force.
